Cancellation + Refund Policy
Cancellation of Services: Clients may request the cancellation of services by providing written notice via email or text to Brenda Magnes. The cancellation request must include the client's name, contact information, and details of the service to be canceled.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. If a cancellation request is received within less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $50 may be charged. This fee is necessary to cover administrative and preparatory costs associated with the service.
Refund Policy: Refund requests for services must be submitted in writing Brenda Magnes. The eligibility for a refund is determined based on the following criteria:
Full Deposit and Latest Session Refund: If the cancellation request is received before your client agreement is signed, a full refund will be issued. If you are truly dissatisfied with the service you’ve received, you can request a refund of your most recent service. All services fulfilled before the most recent, and your deposit paid after signing your client agreement are non-refundable.
No Refund: Cancellation requests received within 48 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 days of receiving the written refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Unforeseen Circumstances: If a scheduled service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule the service. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
